Job Description:

We are seeking a high-impact FP&A Manager to serve as the primary strategic engine for our executive decision-making. This is a senior-level role (6+ years experience) designed for a "Value Architect"—someone who goes beyond the numbers to provide the "Why" behind the "What."

Your mission is to architect the financial future of the company. You will lead the annual budgeting process, manage complex rolling forecasts, and act as a dedicated Finance Business Partner to the Commercial and Supply Chain teams. If you have the analytical rigor to optimize product mixes, evaluate expansion opportunities, and translate raw data into actionable growth strategies, we want you to lead our FP&A function.

Requirements:

1. Financial Architecture & Integrated Planning

• Annual Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate the full-cycle budgeting process ($P\&L$ and Cash Flow) and manage the monthly Rolling Forecast with "Zero-Lag" delivery.

• Strategic Business Planning: Lead multi-year planning cycles to improve sustainability and long-term growth objectives, ensuring alignment with corporate vision.

• Cash Flow Governance: Develop and manage sophisticated cash flow models and variance analysis to ensure liquidity and operational resilience.

2. Commercial Finance & Profitability Optimization

• Top-line & SKU Analysis: Monitor performance across Key SKUs to drive profitability through "Mix Optimization"—ensuring the highest-margin products lead our growth.

• Commercial Support: Evaluate the financial impact of product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to ensure they drive Net Sales Revenue and GP growth.

• Incentive Monitoring: Review Trade Discount Incentive programs to ensure promotional effectiveness and prevent margin erosion.

3. Operational Control & Business Intelligence

• COGS Stewardship: Liaise with the supply chain to ensure Cost of Goods Sold is optimized and tracked with high precision to avoid financial surprises.

• Decision Support: Produce forward-looking financial models and ad-hoc analyses for expansion opportunities, new initiatives, and capital investments.

• BI Partnership: Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to automate manual processes and create customized dashboards for real-time monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Certification (MANDATORY): Chartered Accountant (ICAN or equivalent).

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience specifically within an FP&A department.

• Technical Depth: Expert-level familiarity with sizeable ERPs (e.g., SAP, Dynamics NAV) and advanced Excel modeling.
