Christian Miracle Hospital is an NHIS-accredited fibroid, ovarian cyst, appendicitis, and maternity hospital in Nigeria, established in 1992. We are located at No. 3 Akutu Crescent office, Pascan Jake bus stop opposite Pine Crest School, Enugu, Independence Layout, Enugu state. We offer the best gynaecological, fertility, and maternity services to our clients and patients. Our in-house laboratory is quality assured, and our dispensary stocks quality drugs and other medical consumables. We run antenatal clinics and fertility clinics every Tuesday.

Job Description:

As the Hospital Administrator and designated "Chief Revenue Officer," you will oversee the daily operations, financial health, and strategic expansion of Christian Miracle Hospital. You are tasked with transforming the hospital into a highly profitable, reputable healthcare brand in Enugu and surrounding areas, without compromising our rigorous clinical standards or our core spiritual mission.

Requirements:

Medical & Operational Leadership

  • Workflow Optimization: Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure seamless patient flow, minimizing wait times to under 20 minutes.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with Nigerian healthcare laws, Enugu State regulations, and NHIS accreditation frameworks.

  • Cost & Inventory Control: Conduct rigorous weekly inventory audits of drugs and medical consumables to completely eliminate pilferage and waste.

  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that the facility remains clean and spotless at all times, upholding the highest standards of service excellence.

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Growth Strategies: Develop and execute commercial plans to increase monthly patient registration by 20% and specialized surgery bookings by 15%.

  • Corporate Partnerships: Identify and secure medical retainerships with at least 3 new corporate entities (banks, schools, NGOs) per quarter.

  • Patient Pipeline Management: Lead conversion efforts by actively following up on every phone-in or walk-in enquiry until registration or procedure booking is complete.

  • Digital & Community Marketing: Oversee the hospital’s digital presence, ensuring a consistent daily cadence of patient testimonies and health tips. Organize at least 4 monthly community health outreaches and seminars to cultivate brand trust.

Staff Leadership & Christian Discipleship

  • Talent Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of born-again Christian staff who completely align with the hospital’s spiritual values.

  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct data-driven monthly staff appraisals tied directly to financial KPIs and patient satisfaction scores.

  • Professional Deportment: Ensure all frontline and clinical staff maintain impeccable grooming, professional deportment, and deeply courteous communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Professional Background

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or any related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a management, business development, high-volume sales, or healthcare leadership role.

  • Industry Context: Prior experience in private hospital management, HMO operations in Nigeria, or specialized surgical/OBGYN services is highly preferred.

Core Competencies & Personal Attributes

  • Spiritual Alignment: Must be a born-again Christian with strong moral character, an active faith, and a heart for compassionate, Christ-like service.

  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in revenue cycle optimization, budgeting, and cost-containment frameworks.
