Job Description:
- We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Admin / Receptionist to manage front desk activities and provide administrative support to the office.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Support administrative and clerical tasks
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement requests
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience is an added advantage
- You must live very close to Ojuelegba.
