Job Description:

Are you a natural night owl with exceptional communication skills and a passion for seamless customer support? Respected Solution is seeking a disciplined, reliable, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to take full ownership of our after-hours digital operations.

While our physical offices are closed for the day, our global footprint and digital audience never sleep. In this role, you will serve as the premier "digital face" of the company throughout the night. You will actively manage incoming corporate inquiries across our official telecommunication lines and social media platforms, ensuring that every client, prospect, and follower receives immediate, high-quality engagement.

Requirements:

1. Live Call Management & Telephony

• Inbound Triage: Professionally answer and manage all incoming calls routed through the official office phone lines during the night shift.

• Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, provide accurate service descriptions based on internal guidelines, and confidently route or escalate business-critical emergencies to designated standby managers.

2. Social Media & Community Engagement

• Omnichannel Response: Monitor, track, and respond rapidly to direct messages, queries, and comments across all core social platforms, including WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Brand Voice Maintenance: Actively engage with followers using a courteous, professional, and helpful tone that perfectly reflects corporate brand standards.

3. Shift Governance & Daily Reporting

• Interaction Logging: Maintain a highly organized, real-time digital log of all calls received, messages resolved, and pending customer tickets.

• Handover Documentation: Compile and deliver a concise, structured shift handover report to the day operations team precisely at 6:00 AM, detailing critical issues requiring daytime follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills:

Operational Infrastructure (Non-Negotiable)

• Remote Workspace: Must have access to a completely quiet, distraction-free designated workspace during shift hours.

• Power Architecture: Direct access to a reliable, stable power supply with functional backup infrastructure (Inverter systems, solar arrays, or soundproof generator setups) to ensure 100% uptime through the night.

• Connectivity: A dedicated, premium high-speed internet connection (fiber optic or high-bandwidth 4G/5G router) with a functional secondary backup network provider.

Experience & Competencies

• Availability: Absolute and consistent availability to work the 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM night shift on a long-term basis.

• Communication Metrics: Elite verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to draft polished, grammatically flawless messages quickly under pressure.

• Tech Stack Fluency: Highly comfortable navigating modern digital workspaces, including cloud-based Voice over IP (VoIP) office systems, WhatsApp Business automation tools, Meta Business Suite, and basic spreadsheets for tracking.

• Autonomy & Discipline: A profound level of personal accountability and focus to work entirely independently without direct, real-time supervision during overnight hours.
