Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the CEO and take initiative to handle administrative tasks, prioritizing effectively to enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing detailed agendas, taking comprehensive minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Conduct thorough research and compile relevant information to support the CEO’s decision-making processes.
  • Manage incoming communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and mail, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, initiatives, and events, ensuring all logistical details are well-planned and executed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the executive team and support staff to ensure seamless operations within the organization.
  • Support the CEO’s digital visibility by capturing moments from events and activities, creating, and editing engaging photo and video content for social media and internal communication.
  • Draft captions and posts aligned with the CEO’s tone and brand, manage publishing schedules,and ensure consistent online presence across platforms.
  • Design and maintain a content calendar, ensuring high-quality and brand-consistent storytelling for the CEO’s personal and professional engagements.
  • Use relevant tools and software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe tools) to develop and publish visual content that amplifies executive and brand visibility.
  • Ensure all communications, presentations, and public-facing materials reflect the brand identity of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in executive support or personal assistance at a senior leadership level.
  • Strong experience in content creation, video editing, social media management, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and design/editing platforms (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and support strategic leadership needs.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or related industries is an added advantage

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly
