Erocraves is looking for a "Growth First" Digital Content Associate to work directly with the Founder to scale our organic presence. We are not looking for someone to "just post." We are looking for a creative strategist who is comfortable navigating the intimacy and sexual wellness space with maturity and wit.

In this role, you will be the engine behind our TikTok "confession-style" content, our Instagram storytelling, and our Telegram community growth. You must be someone who thinks in experiments, tracks data religiously, and builds systems that turn casual viewers into loyal community members. Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND, NCE, BA/BSc/HND in Marketing, Media, or related fields.

• Social Mastery: Highly active on TikTok and Instagram with a deep understanding of their respective algorithms.

• Copywriting: Exceptional at writing "thumb-stopping" hooks and attention-grabbing captions.

• Maturity: Must be 100% comfortable discussing intimacy, relationships, and sexual wellness topics professionally and maturely.

Core Competencies

• Proactive Logic: You bring ideas and solutions to the table, not just requests for instructions.

• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy looking at "The Insights" tab to understand why a post succeeded or failed.

• Organizational Grit: You can manage multiple influencer conversations and content calendars simultaneously.
