Job Description:
We are seeking smart, courteous, and highly proactive NYSC Corps Members to join our team as the frontline face of our organization. In this role, you are more than just a support agent; you are a Service Ambassador. Your mission is to provide seamless, high-quality support to our clients, ensuring that every interaction—whether in-person, over the phone, or via email—is handled with professionalism and agility.
This position is ideal for a Corps member who is eager to build a professional foundation in a fast-paced environment. We prioritize candidates who are local to the Ajah/Sangotedo area and are looking for a place where their performance can lead to a long-term career path after their service year.
Requirements:
1. Service Excellence & Inquiry Management
First-Contact Resolution: Attend to customer inquiries and complaints with a professional and empathetic touch, aiming for immediate resolution.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products and services to provide accurate, real-time information to clients.
Multi-Channel Support: Manage a diverse flow of communication, including handling walk-in guests, professional phone etiquette, and structured email correspondence.
2. Operational Support & Record Governance
Administrative Stewardship: Support daily front desk operations, ensuring the reception area remains organized and welcoming.
Data Management: Maintain meticulous customer records and ensure that all requests are logged and followed up on until completion.
Multitasking: Demonstrate agility by balancing administrative duties with active customer engagement without compromising on quality.
3. Brand Representation & Retention Growth
Professional Presence: Represent the organization’s values through smart appearance, proactive communication, and a customer-focused attitude.
Feedback Loop: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and report common pain points to management to help improve our service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Mandatory Profile
NYSC Status: Must be a currently serving Corps Member.
Location: Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, or the immediate environs for ease of commute.
Tech IQ: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and professional email communication.
Core Competencies
Agility: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
Organization: A sharp eye for detail and an organized approach to document and record management.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a significant advantage.
