Job Description:
- Responsible for managing daily operations of the experience center, overseeing inventory, supporting sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and professional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, track, and manage inventory while maintaining accurate stock records.
- Conduct routine stock counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare daily stock and issuance reports.
- Handle basic product checks, repairs coordination, and spare parts management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Welcome walk-in customers, identify their needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
- Support lead generation and help convert prospects into sales.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or store operations.
