Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and multi-functional Business Executive Assistant to serve as a high-level partner to the CEO. In this role, you will do much more than manage a calendar; you will drive MISHRA’s core initiatives across business development, HR operations, and branding. You will lead internal coordination, manage strategic partnerships, and supervise junior team members to ensure alignment with our vision of empowering individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives with minimal supervision and possesses a deep understanding of business dynamics.
Requirements:
Business Development & Growth
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage potential business leads using outreach and consultative selling strategies to drive revenue.
Proposal Management: Lead the development, formatting, and submission of business proposals, managing follow-up communications and pipeline reporting.
Pipeline Strategy: Drive and monitor all pipeline activities to ensure outreach efforts consistently align with MISHRA’s growth targets.
Human Resources & People Operations
Client Recruitment: Lead and support end-to-end recruitment for client organizations, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.
HR Administration: Maintain meticulous HR documentation, contracts, performance records, and employee engagement systems.
Strategic People Support: Provide administrative support on people operations, ensuring all processes align with HR best practices and compliance.
Strategic Programming & Brand Engagement
Program Management: Plan and execute personal development programs, including training sessions, book reviews, and mentoring forums.
Digital Branding: Monitor and engage audiences across all digital platforms to sustain brand loyalty and increase MISHRA’s visibility.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a primary liaison for business partners and clients, fostering smooth communication and long-term relationship growth.
Contract Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of contracts in collaboration with the legal and operations teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, executive support, or strategic business role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in HR operations, business development, or digital marketing is essential.
Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, paired with strong social media proficiency.
Leadership: Ability to supervise junior staff and manage high-level tasks with a focus on performance and productivity.
Salary
