Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Personal Assistant to the General Manager to anchor the administrative and operational nerve center of our hotel. In a high-pressure hospitality landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of executive decision-relay and the precision of the service-filter success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize the GM’s strategic agenda with the clinical precision required for Departmental Coordination, Guest Escalation Management, and Executive Reporting. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" specifically a hospitality-savvy professional who can blend "Executive Grit" (mastering the nuances of luxury service standards) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Office Management.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Executive Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Agenda: Manage the GM’s calendar, communications, and daily schedule, acting as the primary "Source of Executive Throughput."

  • Operational Architecture: Liaison across all departments (Front Office, F&B, Maintenance), providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless hotel-wide synchronization.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Draft official correspondence and maintain confidential records, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Service Logic

  • Guest Sovereignty: Handle escalated VIP requests and guest complaints, acting as the primary "Source of Service Recovery."

  • Coordination Architecture: Take minutes during management meetings and track critical action points, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accountability.

  • Reporting Stewardship: Compile performance reports and ensure departmental data is accurate, maintaining the "Source of Management Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Executive Power

  • Administrative Sovereignty: Support HR and recruitment documentation, acting as the primary "Source of Administrative Continuity."

  • Logistics Architecture: Coordinate travel, audits, and management visits, providing the "Relational Foundation" for external and internal professional engagements.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Professional expertise to accelerate the "Decision-to-Implementation" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Hotel Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in hospitality or administrative roles (Executive Assistant experience preferred).

  • Technical Power: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Hospitality IQ: Deep understanding of hotel operational standards, service culture, and luxury guest etiquette.

  • Aptitude: High-level professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
