Job Description:
- Drive sales of the company’s full product portfolio - including Satellites, Ground Stations, Satellite Data Products - to both private and public sector clients.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and technology expos, articulating product features and advantages with expert precision.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business growth strategies aimed at achieving a minimum of 100% sales increase within defined periods.
- Identify, engage, and close business opportunities with government agencies, multinational organizations, research institutions, and private enterprises.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring long-term business engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — including software engineers, GIS analysts, and AI developers — to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.
- Gather and report market intelligence and customer feedback to support product improvement and innovation.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, sales forecasts, and strategic reports for management review.
- Promote Proforce Galaxies as a global thought leader in space and geospatial intelligence solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, especially for high-value or B2B technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI, GIS, Space Systems, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and translate complex products into clear business value.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 5–7 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within Technology, Defense, or Engineering sectors.
