Job Description:
- To drive revenue growth and market leadership for the company’s Marine Logistics, Dredging, Construction Support, and Offshore Vessel Hiring services.
- The role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, securing major contracts, and building enduring relationships with key clients in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual sales strategy and business plan to achieve agreed revenue and profitability targets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with IOCs, NOCs, and EPC Contractors through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
- Lead the entire tender process: from initial identification through to proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and contract award.
- Build and maintain strong, Long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and service offerings to senior management.
- Negotiate charter parties, master service agreements (MSAs), and other contracts to secure profitable and sustainable deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, 3 years specifically selling marine/offshore services within the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of market analysis and Excellent communication, negotiation.
