We are recruiting to fill the positio below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Area Sales manager to drive sales of our brands and increasing brand visibility in the modern trade.
• The successful candidate will execute brand strategies, manage product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy:

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand decisions.

Product Management:

• Manage product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand-aligned product development.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign evaluations.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics (sales, market share, brand awareness, etc.).
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve brand performance.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field with 5-7 years of manager experience in modern trade related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing brands and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with household items or FMCG brands is a plus.
