Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle — from sourcing to purchase to delivery.
- Source reliable food suppliers and service vendors to ensure quality and consistency.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Track supplier performance (pricing, quality, timeliness) and maintain a preferred supplier list.
- Work closely with the Inventory and Kitchen teams to anticipate stock needs and plan timely restocks.
- Prepare and review purchase orders and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies, food safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within a restaurant, FMCG, or food production environment.
- Proven experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/procurement software.
- High integrity, accountability, and a proactive attitude.
