Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist to market, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property inspections, negotiating deals, and closing sales while delivering excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels
- Market properties via site inspections, online listings, and promotional campaigns
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable property options
- Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms of sale or lease
- Prepare and follow up on offers, contracts, and documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of leads, transactions, and client interactions
- Stay informed on property market trends and competitor offerings.
Performance Indicators:
- Number of closed sales or leases
- Revenue generated
- Client satisfaction and retention
- Lead conversion rate.
Requirements:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Good knowledge of local property markets and locations
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HND/BSc in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
