We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage clients both physically and through digital platforms.
  This role involves property marketing, client engagement, and content creation, including appearing in short promotional property videos for marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell company property listings to prospective buyers and tenants
• Generate and manage qualified leads through networking and prospecting
• Conduct property inspections and client meetings
• Create and appear in property marketing videos for social media and digital campaigns
• Negotiate deals and close transactions
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
• Comfortable appearing in video content for property marketing
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work in a target-driven and field-based environment.
• Female candidates preferred, male can apply.
