Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially sophisticated Property Sales Officer to anchor our real estate operations in Abuja. In the capital’s high-stakes property market, success is defined by "Asset Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize elite lead generation with the consultative advisory required to guide high-net-worth (HNW) investors through complex acquisitions. This role is designed for an "Investment Architect" with 3–4 years of robust experience who can blend "Digital Campaign Mastery" with the "Interpersonal Diplomacy" required to close high-value deals.

Requirements:

1. Lead Engineering & Investment Diplomacy

  • Pipeline Architecture: Develop and manage a high-fidelity pipeline of prospective buyers through clinical prospecting and regional networking.

  • HNW Engagement: Conduct immersive property tours and provide expert advisory on ROI, capital appreciation, and rental yields to high-profile clients.

  • Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with investors to ensure portfolio expansion and repeat business.

2. Sales Orchestration & Negotiation Sovereignty

  • Deal Synthesis: Expertly pitch premium properties, aligning asset features with the specific investment goals of each client.

  • Negotiation Mastery: Lead the negotiation of terms and closing of deals with millimetric precision to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of Abuja real estate trends, competitor offerings, and shifting property values to provide a competitive edge.

3. Digital Marketing & Administrative Governance
