Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and results-oriented Real Estate Marketer to anchor our sales operations in Lekki, Lagos. In the competitive premium property sector, success is defined by "Deal Velocity", the ability to identify high-net-worth leads and convert them into closed transactions through strategic advisory and professional diplomacy. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect" with 3–6 years of experience who can blend "Digital Marketing Intelligence" with the "Persuasive Grit" required to close multi-million naira deals.
Your mission is to ensure "Market Presence and Absolute Transactional Success." You will be a vital engine for the firm: responsible for generating high-quality leads, conducting immersive site visits, and managing a high-tier property portfolio. If you possess "Exceptional Negotiation Skills," a background in Estate Management or Marketing, and a deep understanding of the Lekki property corridor, we want you to drive our commercial sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Market Intelligence
Inbound Strategy: Develop and implement high-fidelity marketing strategies to position our property portfolio as the premier choice for investors and homeowners.
Omni-Channel Sourcing: Utilize digital marketing platforms and traditional networking to identify and capture high-intent leads.
Advisory Excellence: Provide professional real estate advisory, helping clients navigate the complexities of property acquisition and investment returns.
2. Transactional Sovereignty & Client Diplomacy
Deal Orchestration: Initiate, negotiate, and close high-stakes real estate transactions, ensuring terms are favorable and relationships are strengthened.
Site Immersion: Lead professional property presentations and site visits, transforming physical inspections into compelling visual and narrative experiences for the client.
Portfolio Management: Maintain and curate a diverse portfolio of property listings, ensuring all assets are market-ready and accurately represented.
3. Brand Visibility & Team Synergy
Marketing Stewardship: Support the company’s brand presence through strategic sales activities that enhance our visibility in the Lekki Phase 1 corridor.
Collaborative Growth: Work synchronously with the internal team to meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s long-term scaling vision.
Digital Integration: Leverage online property platforms and CRM tools to track client interactions and maximize sales conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Experience: 3–6 years of robust experience in real estate marketing, property sales, or asset management.
Geography: Candidates must reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1 for operational efficiency.
Core Competencies
