Job Description:
- The HR Lead will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall hiring.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain compensation plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. CIPM, HRCI, SHRM) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations relevant to the media industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Competencies:
- Proven work experience as a HR professional
- Proven track record in employee relations management, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Hands-on experience managing compensation, benefits, and rewards.
- Experience working closely with leadership and providing HR advisory and decision support.
- Strong exposure to labour law, regulatory compliance, and HR risk management.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned to business goals.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Strategic Thinking & Conflict Resolution
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Salary
