Job Description:
We are seeking a decisive and strategically minded Recruitment Manager to architect and lead our company’s hiring ecosystem. In an increasingly competitive talent market, success is defined by "Selection Intelligence", the ability to not only source high-caliber candidates but to engineer a seamless, legally compliant, and data-driven path from application to onboarding. This role is designed for a "People Operations Leader" with a background in HR or Organizational Psychology who can blend "Advanced Sourcing Tactics" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to manage recruitment ROI.
Your mission is to ensure "Elite Talent Inflow and Future-Proofed Workforce Planning." You will lead our team of recruiters: responsible for designing onboarding protocols, advising hiring managers on behavioral interview techniques, and maintaining our employer brand. If you possess "Strong Decision-Making Grit," proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and a deep understanding of Labor Legislation, we want you to drive our growth.
Requirements:
1. Recruitment Process Architecture
Procedure Engineering: Update and design new recruiting protocols, ensuring that job application and onboarding processes are efficient and candidate-centric.
Full-Cycle Governance: Take total charge of recruitment across all departments, ensuring that the company’s current and future human capital needs are met.
Software Stewardship: Review and implement the best Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases to automate workflows and enhance data integrity.
2. Advanced Sourcing & Branding
Sourcing Innovation: Implement cutting-edge sourcing methods, including Boolean searches and Social Recruiting, to identify "passive" talent.
Brand Advocacy: Research and select the most effective job advertising channels and recommend strategic ways to improve our employer brand in the marketplace.
Network Cultivation: Build a professional network by fostering relationships with HR professionals, universities, and industry partners to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
3. Analytics & Compliance Leadership
Metric Discipline: Track and report on critical recruitment KPIs, such as Time-to-Hire and Cost-per-Hire, to ensure budgetary and operational efficiency.
Legislative Oversight: Stay current on Labor Legislation and proactively inform managers and recruiters of regulatory changes to mitigate legal risks.
Interview Coaching: Train and advise hiring managers on sophisticated interviewing techniques to ensure unbiased and effective candidate evaluation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, Consultant, or Coordinator.
Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with ATS, HR databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub).
Core Competencies
Strategic Grit: Excellent team management and verbal/written communication skills.
Legal Literacy: Deep knowledge of labor legislation and ethical hiring standards.
Decision Mastery: Ability to make high-stakes hiring decisions quickly and effectively.
