Job Description:
As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the organization’s HR functions, employee relations, Payroll management, and labor law compliance. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities
- Support General HR operations and staff documentation.
- Promote workplace culture, diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement activities.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave
- policies.
- Maintain employee records for the organization, including employee database, remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance, and other details, etc.
- Promote the company’s vision, mission, and values through actions, training, communications, and leading by example.
- Support the recruitment process for various vacant positions
- Compute and administer terminal benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience in a reputable organization.
- Previous experience in the Construction industry is an added advantage.
- Possession of HR certification is a plus.
Salary
