As a Collections Representative, you are at the heart of our financial ecosystem. You aren't just making calls; you are managing relationships, negotiating solutions, and driving the bank’s revenue. Requirements:
1. Outbound Engagement & Portfolio Management
Target-Driven Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to customers to meet performance targets, focusing on loan recovery and re-borrowing.
Negotiation Mastery: Use persuasive communication to negotiate payment plans and resolve repayment hurdles with empathy and professionalism.
Growth Initiatives: Drive loan product growth by identifying opportunities for customer retention through innovative outreach methods.
2. Data Integrity & CRM Management
Digital Documentation: Maintain precise and real-time customer data within our CRM system, ensuring every lead and conversation is tracked for follow-up.
Tech-Savvy Operations: Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and specialized fintech software to manage daily tasks and report on collection milestones.
Lead Cultivation: Effectively follow up on leads to maximize the conversion of "interest" into "active loan products."
3. Customer Success & Brand Advocacy
Exceptional Service: Provide high-quality support during every interaction, ensuring that even during collection, the customer feels respected and valued.
Retention Strategy: Educate customers on the benefits of re-borrowing and maintaining a healthy credit score, fostering long-term loyalty to TENN Microfinance.
Resilient Performance: Maintain high energy and time-management discipline to meet weekly and monthly recovery quotas.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc.
Mandatory: Must have successfully completed the NYSC program.
Experience: Must have either formal or informal collections experience (e.g., sales, recovery, or customer-facing negotiation).
Core Competencies
Persuasion Power: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Technical Readiness: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and a willingness to master CRM software.
Personal Grit: Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
