Job Description:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Develop budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Payroll management
- Financial advice and support
- Provide financial analysis and forecasts to guide management decisions.
- Advise on cost-saving measures and financial strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2–4 years relevant experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- (Candidate should reside in Ota, Ogun State or it's environs)
