Job Description:

Are you a visionary financial leader with a track record of driving sustainable growth in a digital-first environment? We are seeking a Vice President of Finance (Female Preferred) to spearhead our global financial strategy. This role is a cornerstone of our executive team, providing the strategic guidance, governance, and data-driven insights necessary to scale our operations.

As the VP of Finance, you will move beyond traditional accounting to act as a primary strategic partner to the CEO and Board. You will oversee the entire financial lifecycle, from long-term capital planning and risk mitigation to building a world-class remote finance team.

Requirements:

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Executive Advisory: Provide high-level financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors on market expansion, revenue growth, and cost optimization.

• Long-term Planning: Lead the development of the company’s financial roadmap, including complex scenario analysis and capital allocation strategies.

• Sustainable Growth: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and major financial initiatives to ensure long-term profitability.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Forecasting & Modeling: Oversee the creation of robust financial models and annual budgets that align with aggressive growth targets.

• Performance Dashboards: Establish executive-level reporting tools and KPIs to provide real-time visibility into financial health.

• Operational Finance: Partner with Operations and Legal teams to drive process automation and financial scalability.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain a rigorous internal control framework and risk mitigation strategies.

• Global Compliance: Ensure adherence to international tax laws, corporate governance standards, and regulatory filings.

• Reporting Excellence: Guarantee the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with relevant international standards (IFRS/GAAP).

Treasury & Team Leadership

• Capital Management: Optimize cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.

• Remote Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, distributed finance team, fostering a culture of financial discipline and accountability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. An MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.

• Professional Certification: Active CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.

• Experience: * 10+ years of progressive finance experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP level).

  • Proven experience managing remote or distributed teams.

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in financial modeling, corporate finance, and advanced financial systems/ERPs.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to simplify complex financial data for executive decision-making.
