Job Description:
- Guide financial decisions and protect company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial policies, controls, and procedures. Conduct audits and partner with external auditors.
- Prepare and manage budgets by analyzing financial data and recommending plans.
- Monitor performance, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions. Prepare and present financial reports and trends.
- This role requires minimal supervision and serves as a subject matter expert for complex financial activities.
Requirements:
- Strong financial and statistical analysis skills.
- Effective and persuasive presentation skills.
- Expertise in budgeting, audits, and financial planning.
