Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Target Management: Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans. You will break down targets for your unit and ensure the consistent closure of land and property deals.
Team Leadership & Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team of marketers. You will lead regular sales meetings and provide coaching to ensure all team members hit their KPIs.
High-Value Client Relations: Oversee major client interactions, assisting the team in closing complex deals and ensuring seamless documentation and payment processes.
Market Intelligence: Monitor real estate trends and competitor activities within the Lekki/Ajah corridor to provide actionable insights on pricing and market positioning.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the team adheres to company ethics and branding standards while providing accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
Leadership Skills: Strong proficiency in recruitment, team building, and performance management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to deliver high-level presentations.
Location: Must reside in the Lekki or Ajah environs for proximity to the primary target market.
Personal Attributes: Must be smart, confident, and a skilled negotiator.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar leadership role within the Real Estate sector.
