We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive, located in Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria.
  • The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales process.
  • The Sales and Marketing Executive will also be responsible for growing market presence, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new clients, segments, and business opportunities.
  • Manage major accounts, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Conduct market research to track trends and support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with the diagnostic services and operational goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure prompt payment tracking, account reconciliation, and credit control.
  • Work with the company team to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
  • 3–7 years’ experience in sales/marketing within the medical field (diagnostic centers).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and achieving targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and exploit business opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment..
  • Proficient in Excel to Prepare quotations.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 monthly
