Job Description:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients to promote our products and services.

  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and meet client needs.

  • Deal Negotiation: Use professional negotiation techniques to close sales and drive company revenue.

  • Market Adaptation: Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales strategies to suit changing market conditions in Nigeria.

  • Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM tools to track sales progress and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements:

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to present to diverse audiences.

  • Interpersonal Prowess: Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional networks.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to master product knowledge quickly and explain complex information in simple, persuasive terms.
