Job Description:
Business Development: Proactively promote and sell company products to new prospects while expanding our footprint within existing client accounts.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-trust, long-term relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
Lead Conversion: Rigorously follow up on sales leads and move prospects through the sales funnel to close deals promptly.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas to drive company revenue.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain precise sales records and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to management for strategic review.
Market Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, providing insights on competitor activity and customer needs to the marketing team.
Requirements:
Presenting product value propositions clearly and confidently.
Handling objections and finalizing terms for a win-win deal.
Securing the sale and ensuring a smooth transition to account management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in Field Sales or Direct Marketing is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
Attributes: High energy, self-confidence, and a relentless drive to succeed under pressure.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Word/Excel) for reporting and digital communication.
Location: Candidates must reside in or near Lagos to be considered for this role.
