We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Tespire operates a B2B startup sales model focused on acquisition, onboarding, relationship management and conversion, with Customer Success handling ongoing retention.
- We are seeking a Sales Representative Lead with strong experience in tech startup sales, particularly around launching and scaling digital products.
- This role owns the customer journey up to initial adoption and conversion, then collaborates closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff and continued satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate understands how early-stage tech products are sold, adopted, and converted in real market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition – Identify, source, and engage high-quality B2B leads
- Onboarding & Activation – Guide customers through initial setup, adoption, and first successes
- Relationship Management (Pre-Sale / Early Adoption) – Build trust, address concerns, and ensure value is realised.
- Drive B2B sales of Tespire’s digital products
- Own lead qualification, follow-ups, and deal closure
- Support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch sales campaigns
- Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success post-sale for adoption and long-term satisfaction
- Conduct product demos and value-based sales presentations
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve adoption and conversion to ensure seamless adoption and long-term satisfaction.
- Track leads, deals, and activities using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conversion – Turn trials, pilots, or initial usage into paying customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales within a B2B tech startup or fast-paced digital environment
- Strong understanding of digital products, SaaS, or platform-based solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a growth-stage startup
- Customer-centric and problem-solving mindset
- Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools.
