Job Description:
- We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Ticketing Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticket reservations, bookings, and related travel arrangements while ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process flight reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, and cancellations.
- Provide clients with accurate information on flight schedules, fares, routes, and travel requirements.
- Handle amendments, refunds, and other ticketing-related requests.
- Liaise with airlines and other travel partners when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and airline regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate where necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ticketing and reservations.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong knowledge of fare calculation and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
