Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Officer to manage and enhance our customer support operations in Agrospace Agritech Fintech.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between a business and its customers.
- This role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company's products or services.
Requirements:
- Qualification: OND / HND / BSc Degree
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Must be living in Ado-Ekiti or Akure.
