Job Description:
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any related field
- 1–3 years experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must reside in or around Gwagwalada
Salary
