Job Description:
We are seeking a vibrant, intelligent, and highly communicative Customer Representative Assistant to join our team in Challenge, Ibadan. This role is designed for a proactive professional who can serve as both the voice of our brand and the engine of our daily store operations.
As a Customer Representative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients—whether they reach out via social media, phone, or walk into our store. Your goal is to provide a seamless experience by resolving inquiries with "outspoken" confidence while ensuring that sales transactions and store presentation are handled with absolute precision.
Requirements:
1. Omnichannel Communication & Resolution
Inquiry Management: Fluently handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels, including mobile phones, computer systems, and social media platforms.
Professional Eloquence: Use strong English communication skills to explain products, services, and policies clearly to a diverse clientele.
Problem Solving: Act as the primary "troubleshooter," ensuring that every customer complaint is resolved with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
2. Sales Processing & Financial Integrity
Transaction Mastery: Process customer payments and sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
Financial Reporting: Maintain an orderly record of daily sales and ensure that all payment processing aligns with company financial policies.
Upselling: Use your smart and outspoken nature to identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services to customers.
3. Store Governance & Presentation
Floor Management: Ensure the store floor remains orderly, clean, and welcoming for guests at all times.
Inventory Visibility: Monitor shelf stock and product displays to ensure everything is positioned to maximize sales and brand appeal.
Operational Agility: Be ready to pivot between digital customer service and physical store tasks as the business flow demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an OND in any discipline.
Experience: 0–1 year (Entry-level candidates with a high aptitude for learning are encouraged to apply).
Communication: Must be an intelligent, smart, and outspoken lady who is fluent in English.
Tech Literacy: Comfortable using mobile apps, social media handles, and computer systems for business.
Core Competencies
Proximity: Must reside within or very close to Challenge, Ibadan to ensure punctuality.
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to remain calm and professional while handling difficult customer scenarios.
Attention to Detail: Critical for processing payments and maintaining an orderly store environment.
