Job Description:
Mshel Homes Maiduguri is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic real estate team. This isn't just a support role—it is a hybrid position designed for a "closer" who understands that exceptional service is the foundation of every great sale.
You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle. From the first inbound inquiry to the final sales closing and long-term relationship management, you will use your persuasive communication skills to turn prospects into homeowners and investors. Requirements:
1. Telesales & Lead Conversion
Proactive Prospecting: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers, identifying their real estate needs and recommending personalized property solutions.
Funnel Management: Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring no opportunity is lost through lack of engagement.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive company revenue growth.
2. Exceptional Client Relations
Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a professional and courteous demeanor that reflects our premium brand.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints with high emotional intelligence, providing creative solutions and escalating issues only when absolutely necessary.
Loyalty Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty, ensuring Mshel Homes is their first choice for repeat business and referrals.
3. Data Integrity & Strategic Feedback
CRM Stewardship: Update CRM systems with meticulous detail, tracking every customer interaction, sales activity, and follow-up to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Market Insights: Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with the marketing and sales teams to help refine our service delivery and product offerings.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular customer service and sales performance reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in customer service, telesales, or client relations—ideally within the real estate or luxury service sector.
Sales Prowess: A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools.
Core Competencies
Communication: Persuasive and confident phone demeanor with excellent active listening skills.
Resilience: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under the pressure of handling difficult customers.
