Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager to join our team in Lagos.
- In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve client issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients.
- Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
