Requirements:

1. Market Analysis & Charting

• Technical Surveillance: Monitor real-time stock market movements, identifying price trends and volatility patterns across various sectors.

• Analytical Support: Assist senior traders by analyzing candlestick patterns, volume profiles, and momentum indicators to identify potential entry and exit points.

• Platform Mastery: Utilize advanced charting tools (TradingView, MT4/MT5) to map out support/resistance levels and Fibonacci retracements.

2. Trade Execution & Risk Management

• Guided Execution: Support the execution of trades under strict professional supervision, ensuring speed and accuracy in order entry.

• Risk Governance: Learn and apply the "Golden Rules" of risk management, including position sizing, stop-loss placement, and maintaining a positive expectancy.

• Performance Logging: Maintain a meticulous trading journal and performance logs, analyzing winning and losing trades to refine future strategies.

3. Research & Economic Intelligence

• Daily Reporting: Prepare pre-market and post-market reports summarizing key index movements and sectoral performance.

• Catalyst Tracking: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring earnings reports, central bank announcements, and geopolitical events that drive market sentiment.

• Strategy Evolution: Participate in daily briefing sessions to learn proprietary trading strategies and the nuances of market psychology.

Qualifications and Skills:

Foundational Knowledge

• Market Literacy: A solid preliminary understanding of how stock markets operate, including order types (Market, Limit, Stop) and basic equity valuation.

• Technical Familiarity: Comfort with financial charts and common indicators (RSI, Moving Averages, MACD).
