Job Description:
- Manage client support tickets and respond via email/chat.
- Troubleshoot issues across funnels, websites, automations, calendars, and integrations.
- Support CRM updates (plugins, forms, basic fixes) where needed.
- Set up and runemail/sms campaigns
- Document fixes and create simple SOPs/FAQs to speed future support.
- Monitor uptime, form submissions, and failed automations; escalate risks early.
Requirements:
- Female (Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRMs/automation tools.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Calendly, Google Workspace, Zapier/Make (nice to have).
- Clear, friendly written communication and solid problem-solving skills.
- A reliable laptop, stable internet, and consistent power supply to work remotely.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and hit deadlines.
- Availability for 9am–5pm WAT with flexibility during launches when needed.
Salary
