We help coaches and service businesses launch and scale.

Job Description:

  • Manage client support tickets and respond via email/chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues across funnels, websites, automations, calendars, and integrations.
  • Support CRM updates (plugins, forms, basic fixes) where needed.
  • Set up and runemail/sms campaigns
  • Document fixes and create simple SOPs/FAQs to speed future support.
  • Monitor uptime, form submissions, and failed automations; escalate risks early.

Requirements:

  • Female (Preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs/automation tools.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Calendly, Google Workspace, Zapier/Make (nice to have).
  • Clear, friendly written communication and solid problem-solving skills.
  • A reliable laptop, stable internet, and consistent power supply to work remotely.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and hit deadlines.
  • Availability for 9am–5pm WAT with flexibility during launches when needed.

Salary

N200,000 per month.
