Job Description:
- We are recruiting a highly experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations and ensure effective financial management across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid background working with reputable institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including statutory filings.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic advisory support to management.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector, banking sector, or a reputable well-established organization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master's Degree in related field.
- Gender: Male (to support organizational gender balance).
- Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant accounting experience, including experience at a senior level.
Salary
