Job Description:

• We are recruiting a highly experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations and ensure effective financial management across the organization.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid background working with reputable institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including statutory filings.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic advisory support to management.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the healthcare sector, banking sector, or a reputable well-established organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master's Degree in related field.
• Gender: Male (to support organizational gender balance).
• Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant accounting experience, including experience at a senior level.
