Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, creative, and strategically-minded Social Media Manager & Content Creator Executive to lead our digital narrative. Based in the heart of Yaba, you will be responsible for building an vibrant online community through high-impact storytelling, "scroll-stopping" visuals, and data-driven engagement strategies.
This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of content production (filming/editing) and community management. You will own the content calendar, manage the brand’s voice, and turn raw ideas into engaging short-form videos that drive brand visibility. If you are a proactive creator with a sharp eye for trends and 2+ years of experience, we want to see your portfolio.
Requirements:
1. Content Architecture & Video Production
Video First: Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that captures audience attention within the first 3 seconds.
Copywriting Mastery: Write compelling captions, hooks, and Calls-to-Action (CTAs) that align with our brand tone and encourage community interaction.
Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a structured digital content calendar that aligns with product launches and marketing milestones.
2. Platform Management & Community Growth
Brand Custodianship: Ensure a consistent visual identity and brand tone across all platforms, ensuring every post reinforces the company's core values.
Active Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
Trend Navigation: Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes to keep our content relevant and competitive.
3. Analytics & Performance Reporting
Data Intelligence: Track key metrics (Reach, Engagement Rate, Follower Growth) using platform-native insights and third-party analytics tools.
Insightful Reporting: Prepare periodic performance reports that don’t just show numbers but provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.
A/B Testing: Experiment with different content formats and posting schedules to maximize organic reach and impact.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Social Media Management or Digital Content Creation.
Technical IQ: Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN) and basic graphic design tools (Canva).
Core Competencies
Creative Agility: Ability to think on your feet and respond swiftly to viral trends.
