Job Description:

PalmPay is looking for a high-impact, hands-on Senior Digital Campaign Manager to serve as the engine room of our Nigerian marketing operations. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, data-driven growth, and rigorous project management.

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of PalmPay’s omni-channel campaigns—from the initial spark of an idea to the final post-campaign ROI analysis. Requirements:

1. Social Media & Creative Vision

  • Strategic Oversight: Own PalmPay’s digital footprint, ensuring the brand voice is consistent, premium, and platform-native across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our social media and creative teams to translate complex fintech narratives into compelling short-form videos, UGC, and creator-led content.

  • Creative Guardrail: Act as the final gatekeeper for creative quality, ensuring every execution adheres to brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of innovative digital trends.

2. Omni-Channel Campaign Architecture

  • Integrated Execution: Lead the ideation and project management of 360-degree campaigns, ensuring social media, PR, Paid Media, and Offline activations work in perfect harmony.

  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the central hub for cross-functional collaboration, aligning Product, Growth, Compliance, and PR teams to deliver seamless marketing initiatives.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and merchant partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality delivery.

3. Performance Analytics & Budgetary Control

  • Data-Driven Growth: Set clear KPIs (Engagement, Follower Growth, Conversion) and use marketing analytics to continuously optimize campaign performance.

  • Financial Stewardship: Prepare and manage detailed campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation across influencer activities and paid amplification.

  • Risk Management: Utilize structured project management tools to track dependencies and proactively escalate bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with a minimum of a 2.1 (Second Class Upper).

  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant project management and marketing experience, specifically in coordinating multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments.

  • Creative IQ: A deep understanding of the Nigerian social media landscape and a proven ability to generate viral, results-driven campaign ideas.

Technical Competencies

  • Data Mastery: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for budget tracking, project timelines, and performance analytics.

  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal leadership and external partners.

  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Fintech environment, managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.
