Job Description:
Proforce Galaxies is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to serve as the strategic engine for our digital growth. In this role, you will lead the charge in positioning an African pioneer in space and geospatial intelligence on the global stage.
This is not a traditional social media role; we are looking for a B2B Growth Specialist who can translate high-tech solutions—satellites, geospatial data, and advanced intelligence—into compelling value propositions that drive sales and high-value lead generation. If you have 3–5 years of experience in the tech sector and a proven ability to fill a sales pipeline, we want you to shape the future with us.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Revenue Acceleration
Sales Pipeline Support: Develop and execute digital strategies designed specifically to generate qualified B2B leads and drive revenue growth for our high-tech products.
Complex Product Messaging: Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to simplify complex geospatial technologies into clear, persuasive digital content.
Thought Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-quality graphics, videos, and technical whitepapers that position Proforce Galaxies as a regional authority.
2. Full-Stack Digital Execution
Paid Media & ROI: Plan and manage targeted advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) with a ruthless focus on conversion targets and Return on Investment.
Search Dominance: Execute SEO/SEM strategies to ensure our innovations in space technology are discoverable by national and global stakeholders.
Ecosystem Management: Optimize and monitor our presence across all digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and authoritative brand voice.
3. Market Intelligence & Analytics
Performance Tracking: Use advanced analytics to track leads through the entire conversion path, providing detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and digital trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities within the global space industry.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Work onsite to maintain a tight feedback loop with Business Development and Technical teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 3 – 5 years in Digital Marketing, with a heavy preference for Technology or B2B sectors.
Technical IQ: Mastery of SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and modern CRM/marketing automation tools.
Core Competencies
Technical Translation: The ability to understand "Geospatial Data" and sell "National Security Solutions."
Analytical Precision: A data-first approach to testing and optimizing marketing spend.
Strategic Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate a high-level corporate environment.
