Job Description:
We are seeking a sophisticated and trend-aware Social Media Manager to lead our digital narrative on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand’s luxury identity, responsible for crafting a digital experience that resonates with an aspirational audience.

You will be expected to produce high-end visual content, manage elite community interactions, and execute precision-targeted ad campaigns that convert followers into high-value clients. Requirements:
1. Luxury Content Curation & Scheduling
Aesthetic Excellence: Design and produce visually stunning content (Reels, high-fashion stills, and stories) that reflects our premium brand positioning.
Consistency & Cadence: Maintain a meticulously planned content calendar to ensure the brand remains visible and relevant without compromising quality.
Trend Integration: Monitor the global fashion landscape to ensure our local output stays ahead of industry shifts.
2. Community Management & Elite Engagement
Concierge-Level Service: Respond to direct messages and comments with the professional grace expected of a luxury brand.
Relationship Architecture: Proactively engage with followers and influencers to build a loyal community of brand advocates.
Inquiry Conversion: Act as a digital concierge, guiding customers from initial inquiry to final sale through expert product knowledge.
3. Paid Media & Performance Analytics
Targeted Advertising: Develop and manage paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Spark Ads) optimized for specific high-net-worth demographics.
Performance Intelligence: Track monthly metrics—focusing on engagement rates, share of voice, and direct sales impact—and provide actionable insights for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure digital promotions align with physical inventory and seasonal events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year managing social media for a premium or luxury brand.
Technical IQ: Proficiency in high-end video editing (CapCut, VN, or Premiere) and graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite).
Core Competencies
Luxury Sensibility: Deep understanding of the "luxury voice"—minimalist, exclusive, and high-quality.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret platform data to drive ad spend efficiency.
Communication: Flawless written and spoken English.
