Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Social Media Manager to lead, scale, and safeguard our company’s digital footprint. In this role, you will be the chief storyteller and community architect, responsible for converting brand objectives into viral narratives and high-conversion engagement.
The ideal candidate possesses a mix of creative intuition and analytical rigor. You should have 2–4 years of experience moving the needle on key metrics (Reach, Engagement, and ROI) while maintaining a consistent and sophisticated brand voice. Requirements:
1. Content Strategy & Creative Execution
Brand Storytelling: Develop and implement multi-channel social media strategies that align with our overarching business goals.
Content Lifecycle Management: Plan, produce, and schedule high-quality multimedia content—ranging from short-form video (Reels/TikToks) to thought-leadership threads.
Trend Navigation: Identify emerging digital trends and platform updates to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the cultural conversation.
2. Community Architecture & Brand Voice
Engagement Leadership: Actively manage and grow our online communities, ensuring every interaction reinforces our brand values and fosters loyalty.
Reputation Management: Monitor mentions and sentiment, responding to feedback and inquiries with speed and professional grace.
Influencer & Partner Collaboration: Identify and manage relationships with digital partners to amplify reach and brand authority.
3. Data Intelligence & Performance Optimization
Analytics & Attribution: Deep-dive into social media performance metrics to understand what drives growth and why.
Strategic Reporting: Prepare data-backed monthly reports that translate "vanity metrics" into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
A/B Testing: Continuously experiment with content formats, posting times, and ad creative to optimize engagement rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven experience managing social media for a corporate or high-growth brand.
Technical IQ: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and creative suites (Canva, Adobe Spark, or CapCut).
Core Competencies
Narrative Mastery: Strong storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable navigating platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
