Job Description:
We are looking for a forward-thinking Digital Marketer who operates at the bleeding edge of technology. This is not a traditional marketing role; we need an AI-native Growth Hacker who can leverage artificial intelligence to automate the mundane and supercharge the creative.
The ideal candidate understands the "DNA of the Algorithm"—balancing brand storytelling with data-backed automation. You will be responsible for building high-conversion funnels, predicting market trends using AI analytics, and maintaining a robust digital community through smart workflows. If you have 2–3 years of experience and a toolkit filled with the latest LLMs and automation software, we want to scale with you.
Requirements:
1. AI-Powered Content & Copy Architecture
Predictive Copywriting: Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Jasper to engineer high-converting ad copy and SEO-optimized blog posts tailored to specific buyer personas.
Generative Visuals: Lead the brand’s visual identity using Midjourney and Canva Magic Studio to create hyper-relevant, high-fidelity assets at scale.
Personalization: Execute AI-driven email marketing workflows that deliver the right message at the right stage of the customer journey.
2. Performance Intelligence & Algorithm Mastery
Data Synthesis: Analyze campaign performance using AI-powered analytics to predict future trends and optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
SEO 2.0: Use SurferSEO and HubSpot to conduct deep-dive keyword research and outrank competitors in a fast-evolving search landscape.
Market Research: Maintain a "research-first" flair, using AI to monitor competitor shifts and emerging niche opportunities.
3. Community Automation & Engagement
Human-Centric Workflows: Manage social media engagement using automated workflows that respond to inquiries instantly while maintaining a warm, human brand voice.
CRM Automation: Lead the integration of HubSpot or similar CRM tools to ensure no lead is left behind in the sales funnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a demonstrable track record of using AI tools to drive ROI.
Mindset: A "Growth Hacker" mentality—constantly testing, learning, and iterating.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abuja (FCT).
