Job Description:

Our client is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to serve as the visual storyteller and primary engager for a premium brand. This is a role for a "digital native"—someone who doesn't just use social media but understands how to capture high-quality footage, edit it into viral-style short-form videos, and maintain a high-frequency, professional response rate.

Based in a hybrid capacity with a specific focus on peak engagement days (Friday–Monday), you will be responsible for ensuring the brand’s online presence is consistent, visually stunning, and impeccably responsive. If you are a CapCut expert with a sharp eye for trends and a commitment to premium brand standards, we want to see your portfolio.

Requirements:

1. High-Impact Content Creation

  • Video Production: Lead the end-to-end production of high-quality videos for posts and stories, focusing on aesthetics that maintain a premium brand image.

  • Short-Form Editing: Masterfully edit content using CapCut or similar tools to align with current social media styles and audience preferences.

  • Content Planning: Support basic content scheduling and narrative planning to ensure a cohesive brand story across all platforms.

2. Real-Time Operations & Engagement

  • Always-On Activity: Maintain high daily activity levels, ensuring that all accounts are updated and responsive to the community.

  • Client Concierge: Act as the first point of contact, responding to DMs and comments promptly and professionally to convert inquiries into loyal clients.

  • Trend Monitoring: Continuously scout for emerging social media trends and content styles to keep the brand relevant and "scroll-stopping."

3. Operational Reliability

  • Hybrid Execution: Manage a unique work schedule designed for peak performance, including remote evening coverage and on-site collaboration.

  • Brand Fidelity: Ensure every post, caption, and response aligns perfectly with the brand's established tone, style, and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in social media support or digital content creation.

  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency with CapCut (or equivalent mobile editing suites) and strong video shooting skills.

Core Competencies

  • Visual Literacy: A deep understanding of what makes short-form content successful in the current social media landscape.

  • Communication: Clear, professional, and sophisticated written communication skills.

  • Reliability: Exceptional time management skills to meet the early and consistent response requirements.
