Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing Strategist / Manager to lead the global brand presence and enrollment growth of our institution in Osun. In the international school sector, digital marketing is more than just social media management; it is about building trust with parents, showcasing academic excellence, and navigating the competitive landscape of global education.
With a mandatory minimum of 5 years of experience in an international school, you will serve as the architect of our digital identity. Your mission is to develop sophisticated marketing funnels that convert prospective inquiries into loyal families, ensuring our school remains the first choice for quality education in the region and beyond.
Requirements:
1. Enrollment Growth & Lead Generation
Digital Recruitment Funnels: Design and manage end-to-end digital journeys for prospective parents, from initial awareness on search engines to school tour bookings.
Targeted Ad Campaigns: Execute high-conversion PPC and social media advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) aimed at high-net-worth and expatriate demographics.
SEO & Authority Building: Optimize the school’s website and blog to rank for key educational terms, positioning the institution as a thought leader in international pedagogy.
2. International Brand Stewardship
Content Excellence: Curate high-quality multimedia content (video, photography, and copy) that captures the vibrant life, diversity, and academic rigor of an international school.
Community Engagement: Manage the school’s online reputation across social platforms and review sites, fostering a positive and engaged community of parents, alumni, and students.
Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Develop automated email sequences for parent newsletters, open-house invitations, and re-enrollment campaigns.
3. Analytics & Team Collaboration
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Google Analytics and CRM data to track the ROI of marketing spend and provide management with detailed enrollment reports.
Collaborative Synergy: Work seamlessly with the Admissions and Academic departments to ensure marketing messaging is accurate and reflects the school's current milestones.
Professional Development: Stay at the forefront of EdTech and digital marketing trends to continuously evolve the school’s digital strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience specifically within an International School is MANDATORY.
Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple high-stakes tasks seamlessly.
