Job Description:

Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. In the luxury real estate market, first impressions are everything; your role is to act as our Visual Brand Architect, transforming property concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with high-net-worth investors and prospective homeowners.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our marketing ecosystem—from high-gloss property brochures and site banners to viral social media campaigns. If you have a sophisticated eye for typography, color theory, and spatial layout, and you know how to make a property "jump off the screen," we want you to help us define the future of real estate branding.

Requirements:

1. High-End Collateral & Layout Design

• Property Showcasing: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including luxury property brochures, site flyers, banners, and digital advertisements.

• Layout Mastery: Create visually appealing layouts for both online and offline campaigns, ensuring that complex property data and architectural features are presented with clarity and elegance.

• Visual Identity Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all media, ensuring 100% consistency with brand guidelines.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy

• Social Media Engineering: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for social media, email newsletters, and property listings that drive engagement and lead generation.

• Ad Campaign Design: Prepare high-conversion graphics for digital advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and property showcase websites.

• Iterative Refinement: Proactively adjust designs based on performance data and team feedback to ensure the final product hits the desired commercial objectives.

3. Real Estate Collaboration & Innovation

• Project Synergy: Collaborate with project managers and real estate agents to develop site-specific marketing kits that effectively promote new developments and investment opportunities.

• Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of global design trends and real estate marketing techniques (e.g., minimalist aesthetics, 3D render integration) to keep our brand ahead of the competition.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio (Experience in the Real Estate sector is a significant advantage).

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design prototyping tools.
