Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and data-informed Social Media / Content Creator Officer to lead our digital presence. This role is designed for a versatile creator who can move seamlessly between high-quality content production and strategic performance analysis.

Based in our Sango office, you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for designing and implementing strategies that don't just "post content," but drive measurable engagement and brand awareness. Requirements:

1. Content Strategy & Creative Production

  • Daily Engagement: Generate, edit, and publish high-impact original content daily, including short-form video, professional photography, and compelling copy.

  • Trend Research: Perform continuous research on industry benchmarks and audience preferences to ensure our content stays ahead of the curve.

  • Aesthetic Design: Oversee the visual identity of all platforms, including profile layouts, cover designs, and blog aesthetics to ensure a premium brand feel.

2. Performance, SEO & Growth

  • Strategy Implementation: Design and execute social media strategies that align directly with core business goals.

  • Metrics & ROI: Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, setting specific growth objectives and reporting on the Return on Investment (ROI) of campaigns.

  • Innovation: Suggest and implement new features, such as interactive competitions and cross-platform promotions, to broaden brand reach.

3. Community & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Active Engagement: Communicate directly with followers, responding to queries with speed and managing customer reviews to maintain a positive brand sentiment.

  • Team Synergy: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure that the brand voice remains consistent across all touchpoints.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with emerging technologies, design tools, and social media applications to keep our digital stack competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of active experience in social media management or digital content creation.

  • Portfolio: Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.

Core Competencies

  • Visual Storytelling: Proficiency in mobile or professional design tools and video editing apps.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret social media insights and web traffic data.

  • Communication: Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.

  • Location: Candidates must be able to work on-site in Sango, Ogun State.
