Job Description:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a unified sales strategy across all product categories.
- Align category-specific sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers and mid-level sales managers to ensure cohesive market penetration.
Sales Management:
- Oversee sales operations for Big Dutchman equipment, vaccines, biosecurity, and feed.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor mid-level sales managers across categories.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and results.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Customer & Market Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Recommend pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of sales experience in agribusiness, livestock equipment, or veterinary products.
- Proven track record in managing multi-category sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with international brands (e.g., Big Dutchman) is a plus.
